Our demo support assists with:

AI shop assistant
Logged-in users can use the shop assistant (bottom right) for quick answers about products, categories, shipping, and FAQ. Account-specific matters (e.g. password, invoices) are handled by email.
Response times
In the demo environment we aim to respond within 2 business days. Urgent production incidents are not covered in this environment.
