Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all contracts between adesso SE (“operator”) and registered users via the DataMercato marketplace. Customer terms deviating from these apply only if confirmed in writing by the operator.

DataMercato is a B2B marketplace for data products (e.g. datasets, APIs, analytics). The specific scope of services is defined on each product page. No physical goods are shipped.

Buying and selling features require registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

All prices are in euros plus VAT where applicable. In the demo environment, checkout may be simulated; no real payment processing via production payment providers unless explicitly marked otherwise.

After a successful purchase you receive access to the data product as described — typically via links, API endpoints, or provider documentation. Delivery is usually immediate after order completion (digital delivery).

Consumers have statutory withdrawal rights under German law where applicable. For digital content, withdrawal may cease if you expressly agreed that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you lose the right. See withdrawal notices on product and checkout pages.

Your purchase grants the usage rights stated in the product description. Redistribution, resale, or use outside the agreed purpose is prohibited without the rights holder’s consent.

The operator is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations. Product content comes from third parties; the operator does not fully verify it in the demo.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dortmund where permitted. If individual provisions are invalid, the remainder remains effective.
