The shop assistant is available only to logged-in users and may remain disabled until IT approval. In the dialogue we disclose that you are communicating with artificial intelligence. Your inputs are sent to the LLM provider Mistral AI for response generation. History is stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) and deleted on logout. We do not persist dialogue content durably on the server in the MVP.

Catalog, prices, orders, and invoices are connected via Integration Core to the ERP (Dolibarr). Product images may be stored in Azure Blob via Core. Hosting runs on Azure. Transactional email is sent via the configured mail relay. Appropriate agreements or safeguards are concluded with processors.
