We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law. Demo accounts may be deleted after the project ends.
The shop assistant is available only to logged-in users. In the assistant dialogue we clearly inform you that you are communicating with an artificial intelligence (greeting and visible notice in the chat panel). Your chat input is sent to our servers and to the LLM provider Groq (USA) to generate responses. History is stored locally in your browser (sessionStorage) and cleared on logout. We do not persist chat content server-side in the MVP.
